Pawppy helps dog owners discover compatible dog profiles, chat, and coordinate structured dog meetups. By using Pawppy, users agree to use the app responsibly and follow Pawppy's Community Guidelines.
Eligibility
Users must be old enough to use Pawppy under applicable law and the app store age rating. Users are responsible for the accuracy of account, owner, and dog profile information they provide.
Dog Meetup Safety
Dog behavior can be unpredictable. Pawppy does not guarantee compatibility, safety, training outcomes, or meetup results. Users are responsible for supervising their dogs, choosing appropriate meetup locations, following local laws, and ending interactions when needed.
Pawppy is not veterinary, legal, emergency, or professional training advice.
User Content
Users may upload profile text, photos, messages, reports, and meetup information. Users must have the rights to content they upload and must not upload illegal, misleading, harmful, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.
Pawppy may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.
Messaging and Conduct
Users may not harass, threaten, spam, scam, discriminate, impersonate others, or try to contact users who have blocked them. Pawppy may review reports and related account activity to enforce safety rules.
Account Deletion
Users can schedule account deletion in the app. Pawppy hides the account profile and dog listing immediately and provides a 30-day restore window before deletion or anonymization according to Pawppy's retention process.
Service Availability
Pawppy may change, pause, or discontinue features. The app may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, bugs, third-party services, or network conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pawppy is not liable for real-world interactions between users, dog behavior, injuries, property damage, lost data, indirect damages, or third-party service failures.
