Delete in the app
- Open Pawppy.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
What happens next
Your profile and dog listing are hidden immediately. Scheduled meetups are cancelled. You have a 30-day restore window during which you can sign back in and restore your account.
After the 30-day window, Pawppy deletes or anonymizes account data according to its retention process, except where retention is required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@pawppy.app from the email address associated with your Apple Sign In account. Include that you want to delete your Pawppy account.
Data covered
Account deletion covers your Pawppy account, owner profile, dog profile, photos, discovery visibility, matches, meetup records, and related app data, subject to the retention limits described above. Some conversation or audit records may be anonymized instead of removed when needed to preserve another user's history, safety records, or legal obligations.
